The only thing I've had issues while moving in was trying to get my bigger stuff into the house. Unfortunately, when they fixed painting the home, they just painted over the latches. So, it was kind of a little work put in trying to get the pinch bolts out in order to remove the door.

Ultimately, I had to replace the entire unit outside because it went bad from having been left leaking and turned on. Rick is the biggest problem that LGI has. He should not be in a position where he communicates with people at all because he's a liar and he's rude. But everybody else has been great, like Philip and Christian.
